<p>Some people like to get up at the crack of dawn to lace up their shoes and head to the gym. Other people prefer to wait until the afternoon or evening to get their blood pumping at the gym. Then there are many people who are somewhere in between&nbsp;these two extremes. It begs the question of whether there is a best time to exercise. And if there is, what time is it?</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">WHO MORNING EXERCISE WORKS BEST FOR</h4>



<p>Are you the sort of person who has trouble sticking with your gym routine? If so, it may be best to do your exercising early in the day. There has been research done showing that where consistency is concerned, morning exercise works best. However, those who choose this option should take more time to warm up than you would later in the day.&nbsp;</p>



<p>On top of that, if you experience&nbsp;<a href="https://www2.hse.ie/conditions/mental-health/insomnia.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">insomnia</a>, getting to the gym instead of hitting the alarm and snoozing may be the better option. The reason for this is because exercising or eating late in the day can make it harder for your body to relax and unwind so you can sleep.&nbsp;</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">WHEN EXERCISING LATER IS BETTER</h4>



<p>Everyone is different, and just because some people are more consistent exercising in the morning, that doesn’t mean it will apply to you. Some people’s body rhythms make it easier to exercise a bit later in the day. For example, some people prefer to exercise at lunchtime, although you should eat after the workout instead of the opposite.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">FINDING YOUR SCHEDULE</h4>



<p>Not sure when is the best time to exercise for you? Experiment to find out. Try working out early for a few weeks and gauge how it feels before trying exercise a bit later in the day. <p>For those who rarely (or never) visit a fitness centre, it can be challenging to decide what machines to use and what exercises to focus on to lose weight. <p>You have a busy job. You need to take care of the kids. There are errands to run and activities to participate in. It might make it feel like exercise isn’t something you can squeeze in. It makes for a good excuse, but it’s simply not true.&nbsp;If you are determined to find time to work out, you will do exactly that, and we are here to help.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">WORK OUT IN AN EFFICIENT WAY</h4>



<p>Choose a workout you can do anywhere and at any time if you want to get that exercise in. <p>It might seem a bit overwhelming to step into the gym if you don’t have a lot of exercise experience, but the truth is, people do it every single day. Not knowing where to start is entirely normal. You might wonder what kind of exercises you should do&nbsp;and for how long to get the benefits you want without injuring yourself.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Setting up a workout program is a significant first step that may make you more comfortable inside the local fitness club. Trying a F.I.T.T. program can be the easiest option, and it’s sure to help you reach your goals.&nbsp;</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">WHAT THE F.I.T.T. PRINCIPLE IS</h4>



<p><a href="https://study.com/academy/lesson/what-is-the-fitt-principle-definition-components-examples.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The F.I.T.T. principles</a>&nbsp;involve setting up a workout program for strength training, cardio, or both. The principle lets you make changes to your workout as needed to progress to higher fitness levels and keep things exciting. Below are the elements of F.I.T.T. and how to work with each of them.&nbsp;</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>Frequency</strong>&nbsp;– This is how often you exercise. It might be doing cardio three times a week and strength training the other tree times or whatever else works for your situation. As time passes, you can make the cardio workouts longer and more intense.</li><li><strong>Intensity</strong>&nbsp;– This is all about how hard you are working. While beginning, a moderate-intensity cardio workout is going to be your focus. However, as you get better at exercise, you can ramp up the intensity level to meet your needs.</li><li><strong>Time</strong>&nbsp;– This means how long you spend working out. In most cases, cardio workouts start at 20 or 25 minutes. You can add a few minutes every week to see progress without working that much harder.</li><li><strong>Type</strong>&nbsp;– This refers to the type of exercise, like running, walking, or cycling. Starting with things you enjoy is essential but mixing it up will keep you more engaged.</li></ul>



<p>As you work out using these principles, you will see changes in your endurance, weight, strength, and body fat. When your body gets used to the current workout, you can adjust it in any of the four ways to make the workout more successful.</p>
