LONG AWAITED UPDATE!

Hi Folks,

We are absolutely delighted to announce that we are reopening on Monday 29th of June at 5.30am.

The following is a list of measures we are implementing to keep you and our staff safe once we open our doors again. While many of these new measures will be carried out by our staff, our members will also play a very important role in implementing them.

• All of our team are fully trained in Covid 19 compliance.
• Deep cleaning of the club is well under way. We have invested in an Anatomiser fogging machine which we will be using to sterilise the club on a regular basis once we open.
• All high touch points will be disinfected regularly but we ask members to clean all equipment before and after use including dumbbells and barbells.
• Hand sanitising and disinfecting stations will be dotted around the gym.
• Arrive ready to train in your gym gear and bring a towel and water.
• Keep your training sessions to 1 hour max if possible.
• Smaller equipment like mats, bands and foam rollers will be taken off the floor but can be collected at reception and dropped back after use. Please disinfect them before and after use.
• Changing rooms will remain open but we ask customers to respect social distancing (numbers may need to be limited).
• Showers will be available but we are asking customers to please shower at home if possible.
• Sauna & Steamroom will remain closed owing to social distancing difficulties but we will continue to monitor HSE guidelines.
• Access to the club – come when you want! We feel that large numbers of people arriving and leaving the club at the same time and gathering outside is counterproductive for social distancing so we are not implementing a booking system, but we will monitor the situation closely on a daily basis
• Vulnerable people should follow government advice and any members displaying symptoms of Covid 19 should stay at home and seek medical attention.
